There are three shrines in Wakayama Prefecture
: Hinokuma Shrine, Kunikakasu Shrine, Kamayama Shrine , and Itakiso Shrine. Visiting the three shrines is called “Saigoku Sansha Mairi”. All three companies are within walking distance from the station on the Wakayama Electric Railway Kishigawa Line, so I used a one-day ticket to visit all three companies in one day.

A one-day pass costs 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children. Tickets are sold at Platform 9 of Wakayama Station, Itakiso Station, Tama Cafe at Kishi Station, Wakayama Bus commuter pass sales offices at JR Wakayama Station, and smartphones are also available. A one-way trip from Wakayama to Kishi is 410 yen, so even just one round trip is a bargain.
This time, we will start from Wakayama station in the morning.
The ticket gates for the Kishigawa Line are inside the JR ticket gates, so if you want to buy a one-day ticket at the platform, you can just tell them at the JR ticket gates and they will let you in.
When you come to Platform 9 through the underground passageway, you will immediately recognize the illustration of Tama station master.
Purchase a 1-day ticket.
The train had already stopped and was waiting. This time, I decided to visit the shrines when the offices of each shrine were open, so I boarded the train from Wakayama at 9:30. The destination is Itakiso Station, the nearest station to Itakiso Shrine.
Arrive at Itakiso Station at 9:49.

It was a working day, and I was sitting quietly in a detached room in the station master's room.
Go out of the station to be sent to Yontama Station Master.
If you head south along the street in front of the station, you will see a torii gate in the distance.

Itakiso Shrine . About 5 minutes walk from the station.

In front of the main shrine, there is a 'Gyokuto'. It looks like it was cut with a chainsaw.
Itakiso Shrine enshrines the tree god Isotake-no-mikoto, and there is a 'Yakuyoke Kinomata Kuguri' that is said to ward off evil when you pass through it.
It is OK if you go through this hole.
Walk back to Itakiso station and head to the next shrine. There was a garage attached to Itakiso Station, and the '
Tama Train ' with ears stopped there.
Depart from Itakiso Station at 10:20. Aiming for 'Kamayama Shrine', get off at Kamayama Station at 10:29.
The station has only one exit.
Follow the road as it is connected to the road that passes by the hospital.
Go through a large torii gate and follow the road straight.
Eventually, it will intersect with Prefectural Route 13.
Across the prefectural road is the Imperial Household Agency Jisada Tomb 'Kamayama Tomb'. It is said to be the tomb of Hikogose no Mikoto, the older brother of Emperor Jinmu.
If you go a little further, you will find the entrance to Kamayama Shrine. If you enter from here, it will be a short shortcut, and you will join the approach to the shrine after passing through the torii gate. It's less than 10 minutes so far.

Return to Kamayama Station again and head to the last 'Nichimae Jingu/Kunikake Jingu'. There is one train every 30 minutes, so I boarded the train that departed at 10:59, one after the one I just got on.
At 11:05, get off at Hamamiya Station.
It is the second station from Wakayama Station, and the train exchange takes place here.
The station name is 'Nichizengu', and the shrine is 'Hinokuma Jingu/Kunikaka Kasujingu'.

Go straight ahead on the road in front of the station, which is in a residential area.
The other side of the road at the end is already the precincts of the shrine.

As you walk along the approach, the road splits left and right. The left is Maeshima Jingu, and the right is Kunikake Jingu.
The two shrines are arranged symmetrically. This is the previous shrine.

It took just over an hour and a half to complete the 'Saigoku Sansha Mairi' on the Wakayama Electric Railway and on foot. Each shrine has a parking lot, but they are within walking distance from the station, so please take the train to visit them. In addition, if you buy tickets separately, the total is 950 yen, and the one-day ticket is 150 yen cheaper.
In addition, ``Itakiso Shrine'' and ``Michie Jingu/Kunikake Jingu'' are two of the three Kinokuni Ichinomiya (Ichinomiya), so while visiting Kishi station to see the stationmaster Nitama, the remaining one ' I also decided to visit Niutsuhime Shrine.
